Q: What is raw hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair from one donor. All cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction. Raw hair comes in 3 natural textures: Wavy, Straight, and Curly. Since raw hair is in its most natural state each bundle is unique which means no two bundles are exactly the same. The differences in bundles are not noticeable enough for the hair to not blend.

Q: Why type of hair extensions do you offer?
We offer a variety of hair extensions, including raw bundles(straight, body wave and deep wave), Clipins, Half wigs and U-part wigs of different textures. and we also offer Pre-Orders hair
Q: How long will my hair last?
There is no expiration date on our raw hair. You determine how long your hair will last by the way you care for your hair. Keep in mind that excessive heat and coloring will minimize the natural state of the hair.

We ship using trusted and insured carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
United States (Domestic Shipping): USPS, FedEx.
International Shipping (Canada, United Kingdom & France):

Q: How long will it take to get my package?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment, Monday–Friday.
Custom wigs and specialty units require a 7–21 day processing time.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after tracking is issued.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship domestically within the United States and internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, and France.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.
Q: How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment, Monday–Friday.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available for up to 48 hours after receiving your order.
To qualify, the hair must be returned in the same condition, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
A $30 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Q: Can I make changes to my order?
Orders are processed quickly for fulfillment. Once payment is complete, orders cannot be changed or altered.
