If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Refunds are available for up to 48 hours after receiving your order.
To qualify, the hair must be returned in the same condition, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

A $30 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
