All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment, Monday–Friday.
Custom wigs and specialty units require a 7–21 day processing time.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after tracking is issued.

Leve Hair Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an issue occurs, please contact USPS/FEDEX to file a claim. All packages are shipped with standard USPS/FEDEX insurance; additional insurance is available at checkout.
We are not responsible for international customs fees.

Zero Tolerance for Card Fraud

Leve Hair Co. maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for credit card fraud.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder.
Any fraudulent activity will be reported and turned over to a collections agency.

Returns

If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping feesrequired to resend the package.

Refunds

Refunds are available for up to 48 hours after receiving your order.
To qualify, the hair must be returned in the same condition, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
$30 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Cancellations

If an order needs to be canceled after it has been placed, a $20 cancellation fee will be applied.
